i had a custom set of dual blade bucker with mismatched coils and single blade p-90 made for my 7-string. quality and build is top notched. pete is an absolute gem to deal with. he will wind whatever you have in mind if it is viable.
he recommended a ceramic mag in the bridge and a5 in the neck for what i play and even included a set of replacement magnets (a5 for bridge and 2 x a2 for the neck) just in case i plan to go for a vintage vibe.
a real pickup custom shop without the price. pete ought to get more recognition. highly recommended!

I picked up a pair of custom wound HS90s second hand off this forum. These are humbucker sized p90s, the ones I have have been custom wound to have a coil tap. I really like them.
