Decided to do this out of the blue today and i am glad i did. The colours have really come to life now.

Its another acrylic job over sealed batik hand made fabric.

Photobucket is having a bleed, pics asap

lol..watch out ...it's going to be a toe-crusher :argh: ..& what a cutaway! Bet it starts to sound like a violin by the time you get half-way up that neck ...right at the top it's a dog-whistle :lmao:

J/k ..Nice work there Kramer...can't wait to see it when it's done :)

Yeah tough to play on those tiny frets up top , that will take some work adjusting to. Nice work man.

Interesting. What sort of pickups are you planning on for it?

What ever i have in my parts box. think i got a hotrail and a bkb sinner to go in it.

wow!! what's the scale of this mate?

25.5 standard fender scale.

Needs more frets

Thats enough out of you Dora. I have a 37 fret to make and a 27 fret then i am calling it quits on the extended range stuff and i will be making some modest strat type instruments.

Oh, by the way I should (I hope) have some drawings to explain the scalloping jig to you tomorrow.

Cool bro no rush, it will be awhile before i get to test it anyway. '

yeah it will be good to get this guitar done. It being my first build i am a tad concerned about some of the glue joints. Mostly the fretboard. Nothing i cant fix anyway if it doesn't hold.
