Volume pots connecter backwards / Help with the wiring

Hi guys,

A couple months ago I bought a second hand Ibanez RG8. The thing is, the previous owner did some electronical change and re connected the volume pot wrong. Now when I turn the volume pot clockwise, the volume decreases and when I turn it counterclockwise the volume increase.
Also I noticed that if the volume pot is not either at 0% or 100% there's a buzzing sound.

I'm not sure it can help but here are some pictures :

Also here is a diagram I did of the wiring :

On my diagram for the numbering of the pins on the pots, the 1 is the one on the left when you look at the pot from below.

I would like to rewire the whole thing and add a push/pull killswitch pot so the volume is off when I pull the pot.

I found this wiring diagram that seems to suits my need (except for the push/pull part).

I have several questions :

- On this diagram, the selector have 4 pins on each sides and mine have 8 pins in a row, is it the same type of selector ?

- The pickups have 5 wires on the SD diagram (red, white, black, green and grey) but mine have only two (black and white). I do I wire my pickups to fit the diagram ?

- Any idea where I can find a push/pull pot and how to wire it ?

Thank you in advance for your help.
