Voodoo Amps

Thinking about getting both my Marshall TSL and Mesa Triple Rec modded by Voodoo amps in NY. I've heard some good things. Just wondering if anyone can give me some feedback as to the work they do.

-Was it worth the $400?

-What tonal differences did you hear?

-Anything else you can comment about their work?

It is worth every penny. I have a 2 channel rectifier modded by them. Love it. They change the gain to sound in my oppinion more like a Soldano but higher output. The eq is better and the amp sounds better at low volumes. The clean is 10 times better like a fender twin on steroids. The amp cuts thru way better live although it takes a little getting used to the clarity of the amp as it used to be washed in gain and crap frequencies. If you get the mod be sure to get the global and bottom knobs installed. Not too much extra $ and well worth it. Tell them to give you my mod and you wont be dissapointed. I had an extra gain push/pull pot installed on the bass pot. I never use it because after getting the amp my concerns about gain were eased. It has plenty post mod. Get some cords while your at it. The Voodoo cords kick A_ _.
