From a quick look it looks like that is a handwired version of the AC15.
I dont nessasarily believe handwired is any tonal advantage over a pcb. But it does make repairs and mods much easier and there is no chance of a cracked or burned pcb or other things like pcb mounted tube sockets over heating the board. Not to mention in 20yrs you wont have the nightmare of doing a recap with pcb mounted filter caps.
one might argue the ac15tbx is a superior amp to the ac15c1. the tbx is made in england by marshall and has a celestion blue speaker stock. who says it has a bad reputation?
