VOX AC15C1 HT FUSE KEEPS BLOWING OUT

So my good ol vox went dead on me. I switched out all the tubes and ran it without any tubes and it still burns out the fuses I put in. I looked all over the circuit board and not a single burnt resistor or cap. No burnt smell either. 

From what I read, it's possibly the power transformer.

Anyone with any more knowledge that can tell what else it could possibly be?

First make sure you aren't replacing a slow blow fuse with a fast blow.

Yes, the fuses I bought say the exact same thing on them as the original and they're labeled as "slow blow (time delayed)"

May be time to have a tech check it out.
