Wah pedal mods/repairs?

Hey all, my Snarling Dogs wah is giving me hell at the moment, its gone crackly, and it cuts out all the time. The cutting out is due to the input and ouout jack sockets cracking, so contact is lost all the time. The crackling is from the pot, and a spray of pot cleaner hasnt fixed it.

What do you reccomend for replacement jack sockets and pots in this wah pedal?

Do you have a scanner? You could scan a picture to me @ jspina@tampabay.rr.com and let me look at the insides of your pedal..Maybe you could hard wire on the board...
