Well...I do like it. But...is this the one you PMd me about? It's not the one you posted before that I really liked is it? Only the end of that one had the C64 vibe, but this whole thing has it.
It's got cool melodies, and is a great tune, but the "instruments" I don't dig. I could imagine this, seriously, if you used more modern keyboard sounds, being an awesome kind of happy hardcore dance music tune if your familiar with that kinda stuff?
As it is, it just makes me think of playing Bionic Commando on the C64 back around 1991.

In a very entertaining way, it feels like I am stepping into the land of Mario. Very retro, very fun. It could be very interesting to record the same tune with dramatically different key sounds, as the moods could be completely different. It could be a social experiment of sorts...... What is cool, is that you really develop song-craft, vs chops. You are a creative dude!
