wampler SLO vs pinnacle deluxe

hi
someone wants to exchange his Wampler pinnacle deluxe to my Wampler SLO

good idea ?

i really did not like the SLO
it did not sound like all i had heard about the SOldano 100

so i don't know if the pinnacle will sound like EVH or his MXR signature ?

and i already have the Ehx metal muff &
Vox satchurator

Some players swear by the Pinnacle for early VH tone. I've never tried one myself, but it's just about always in any discussion about pedals of that type.

the MXR signature is NOT the Brown tone. It's closer to 5153, donut should be a great metal pedal.

From what I've read it's meant to sound like one of the channels on a 5150 III.

brown tone = big plexi
mxr evh = 5150

i am not a fan but if i had to choose it will be the brown tone
