PRS needs to start making a non-trem version with passives though. That's really the only 2 things I would change.

I gave my blue PRS Torero it's first stage use this morning. It's probably the best piece of gear I own.

Hmm, nice; they didn't have white before, just red and purple. Wish more guitars in general came with no inlays on the front of the neck.

I'm ok with the Floyd but second the opinion that there should be a passive pu version.

If I wanted a neck-thru Floyd guitar this would be the one... and I'm not exactly a fan of PRS in general...

I started a band like that in January, it's a lot of fun. There's a huge appetite for that kind of music in the Bay Area, ESPECIALLY Oakland (which is good for you since you're not that far). We haven't even put out our first EP (although it's almost done being recorded, hopefully it'll be done next month) and we've already played 5 gigs and booked a bunch more. The key is just to go hard or go home.

Oh and just to make a valuable contribution to this thread - that guitar is seriously hot. EMG's aren't my style, but I think that goes for most everyone here on SDUFG. That guitar would actually go very well between my two guitars, except that I don't need another humbucker guitar. Ah well, it's still sexy as hell.

I just got my first PRS last week. A Mira MT (Maple Top)... it is the finest guitar I have owned by far and is simply amazing with the band. I could not be happier with mine, I am firmly in the PRS camp now (and I never thought I would say that)...

Glad to see I am not the only one, that guitar is HOT... rock it bro...
