Want to convert Fender two post trem to Floyd

I have a Fender strat body with a two post tremolo that I want to convert to a dive only floyd. Is this as simple as dowel and redrill the posts, open the trem cavity? Has anyone seen one that has been converted to a floyd?

Here's a tutorial: http://www.kramerforum.com/floydrose/. It's converting from a vintage trem but you get the idea.

Check the post spacing of the Floyd and the Fender trem - if they're the same, you might just have to enlarge the holes for the Floyd inserts. If not, plug and redrill.

For a two posts tremolo, do you mean the deluxe bridge?.
If so and, it's for just diving, I don't understand your need. What's the issue?.
If you have some locking tuners, and you put some lubricant in all frictioning parts, if will work flawless.

I have locking tuners and graphtec saddles and nut and it is less than flawless.
