Warmoth best source for 24.75 maple neck?

I am looking for a good quality maple bolt-on neck with rosewood or ebony fingerboard and three on a side tuners. It looks like Warmoth might be my best bet at around $180. Not willing to pay more than that. Anyone else I should know about before I order one?

Are you talking a straight 24.75 neck or a conversion neck from 25.5 to 24.75?

Get unfinished. Less money, feels better, sounds better.

nek'd necks are for hand polishing for the win

tilt back with stainless frets

Interested in a gently used Warmoth LP neck? It's not a conversion neck, just a straight 24.75" scale neck, maple and rosewood, 24 medium tall frets. Used to be equipped with Schaller mini tuners, and a Kahler Floyd-style nut, but a standard nut could cover up those holes. Only weird thing about it is that the truss rod adjusts at the heel.

What kind of guitar is this going on? If you get a conversion neck for a build, you have to build your body as a 25.5 inch scale length for the intonation to be correct. If you're getting it for a guitar that has a 24.75" scale length, you have to get a neck with the same dimensions as the one you're replacing in order for the intonation to be correct again. We need more info because this is a complicated issue.

It's not a complicated question - I just want to know if anyone sells good quality 24 3/4" scale necks in maple cheaper than Warmoth.
An unfinished maple/rosewood "Hombre" or tilt paddle head neck is about $175. I was hoping someone would say "oh, so-and-so sells good ones for $130. Their website is..."

I don't care if it's straight 24.75 or "conversion" because I'm going to make the body for the neck. I've already built a guitar totally from scratch but I think a company that cranks out necks all day everyday can probably do a better job than me AND I have less free time now than I did then and the neck took most of the time.

You never said you were going to build the body around the neck. Now that we have this information, your question is much easier to answer.
