I have some of the fretwire but, I have yet to install it on anything. I have been gassing to do so though.

Yes. or at least the same wire..... While I like it´s optical effect, and it wears nice and long, IMO it tarnishes much too fast, not good for a guitar that´s intendend to be played

hmm.. would add a bit to the overall looks, but i find too much gold color on a guitar cheesy

What about a gold top with gold hardware, and gold strings? and gold fretboard inlays?

Why not just have the whole thing gold plated while you´re at it :laugh2:
