does anyone know? I'd mesure myself, but i dont have enough time to talke it apoart and then set it up again etc...

The tolerances on MIM Strats vary significantly. 50% of the time the neck pocket is a little wider than a standard spec neck. Not really a playing issue though, you'll just have to make sure that the strings are going down that neck straight when you tighten the neck screws.
It shouldn't move on you after that unless you're doing some wild guitar antics on stage. If so, you can take a 1" square piece of window screen and put it between the body and neck dead center in the neck pocket. It will bite in when you tighten the neck screws down and that neck won't be moving anymore.
