Watford Valves, UK

These guys seem to have soem decent prices and a good selection of stock, and while I've got the money i might as well buy a whole new set of tubes for my amp (2 EL34s and 4 ECC83s).
However, are their postage rates incredibly high? I can imagine that insurance and protective packaging would push up the cost somewhat.

How much was the postage?

It wasn't some sort of special next day AM delivery or something?

Hot Rox are sound. Ive dealt with them an a couple of occasions, cant speak for watford valves though.

i just had some watfords put into my 5150. really easy company to deal with and the amp sounds amazing since the change

Watford is an excellent company, but if you live in the States, try to get tubes here. The shipping is quite high , unless you buy enough to make it worthwhile.
