Weber geeks, help me with Bias Rite!

I want to get a Weber Bias Rite for my Bassman. I know NOTHING about biasing vintage tube amps, keep in mind I'm used to caveman-plug-and-play amps like the 5150 So, what do I buy off of this list http://www.webervst.com/bias.html and can somebody gimme a step-by-step of how I should use it?

although I've recommended the Bias Rite, I have a primitive bias tool

I'd recommend sending Ted an email ... I know there are a few options on those, but he should be able to steer you in the right direction
