I had '77 SD at one point- warm and gritty in the neck pos. It was one of my favorites.

Does that mean you are competing with Xssive for the forum's ugliest guitar?

ok, enough is enough...it was cute at first and i took it as a joke, now you just sound like an f**king ass. i get it, you don't like yellow, good for you...but to say what you did is just as immature, unintelligent and f**king rude! crap man that comment made you sound just like that tool boleslaw. i thought this forum was filled with a bunch of cool people that even when they don't personally like something they are mature enough to say it in perhaps a polite was or better yet, not say anything at all.

whatever...

I really like pie.

Re: Well, the Charvel will be yellow considering this new purchase...

Yeah, but pie has nothing on pie à la mode!, especially blueberry pie à la mode.....or even better lemon merangue, which come to think of it kinda matches that pickup and Mike's guitar. Both of which I like. But hey, I'm a metalhead at heart, and I love the 80's ****.
cheers,
Matt

Re: Well, the Charvel will be yellow considering this new purchase...

I'd rather play a yellow guitar than most finishes...it stands out! I actually don't like flame maple tops, and curly maple tops, and spalt maple tops, and all those other things...I like good old fashioned solid finishes and sunburst finishes....nothing fancy, just functional. and yellow is a way to stand out without making me feel like I should have the guitar in a glass case or something...just my opinion :)

Kramer, Jeffs talking about a different kind of pie, if I do believe. Simular to the pie Robb likes (not saying they like the same pie)

Chill bro, it was a joke. You are getting bent out of shape because I poked fun at your guitar? :smack: Sorry, I didn't know it was a touchy issue.
