I liked the 650 Dakota guitar, but the walnut just doesn't work for me on the 4003. Still, it's cool that Rickenbacker is trying something new.

AAAAAAH GOD love the maple board on these ones. Great call. Never been a fan of the way these things sound stock but DAMN are they lookers. Love the Walnut.

Pearl FTW. Torn between a nice vintage white pearl, which would pop like nobody's business, or a silver pearl, with a bit of pop but a little closer in hue to the metal hardware. Either way, this takes a bass design that's always been kinda "meh" to me and makes it GAS-worthy.
