Not really. The Hot Rails is thicker and not so piercing like the Dimebucker. I actually like the Hot Rails. The Dimebucker, not so much.

I’d look for something trying to get a Tele sound, but in a hotter format. Haven’t tried a Dimebucker in a million years, but I remember a distinct Tele quality to it.

If it’s for the neck I would try a bill Lawrence L45s. I had an l500l paired with a dimebucker at one point, thought it was a pretty close match.

If it’s for the bridge I’m sure the custom shop could help.
