Bridge versions of any of the following:

PG or PG Plus.
Duncan Saturday Night Special
DiMarzio PAF Master
Jazz humbucker, which supposedly goes very well with single coils.

I like to keep humbuckers away from strats, but I like 59b for best output and eq matchup with singles and a JB is my go-to in high output.
