WGS ET65 vs. Celestion G12-65 vs. WGS ET90?

Only if you buy direct from them. I went through a dealer. (Did not notice that fine print on their website until now!)

OK, so I beat on the vet30 for about 90 minutes yesterday (shaking everything on the walls) until my ears were shot even with earplugs. Turned on the amp tonight and it sounds much better to me. I'm still not 100% convinced, but I don't hate it either. Only time will tell.

Maybe I missed it but what amp?

1978 Randall RG100ES head, 2x12 cabinet. Classic rock/vintage metal crunch.

The amp isn't the problem, I dropped in a new WGS ET65 and LOVED it, then added a Veteran 30 and...did not love it. I'm hoping break in will make it more suited to my taste.

Not blaming the amp. Just curious.

I did a quick and dirty recording today with the wgs pair and then with the et65 and the Eminence Tonker. Oddly, they sounded much more alike than I expected except that I get much better sustain with the vet30 so it's going back in and I will quit my whining and just wait for the break-in to tame the fizzy highs a bit.
Thank you to everyone who commented in this thread, you really helped me out!

H mags always sustain better than the lighter mags. I have been through that battle back and forth. In the end tone won out over sustain for me.
