What about the Windsor??

I have been tracking this amp for awhile and it seems like very little is known about it. I see adds for it but little or no information? From the look of it its a Marshall plexi/800 clone?? I would love to get a high gain amp and the price looks great for it. Sadly theres no sound samples or information. Does anyone have information or reviews? And what the hell is a texture knob? I know peavey makes some great amps (5150,6505,JSX, Classics) I know its a overseas job but could someone tell me about it!
