The mid 90's IC500 had a good reputation, they're getting tougher to find. The newer versions are harder to find in stores so I've only played one in the last year, it wasn't great, I didn't even look at the model#. Very "meh"
The J. Yuenger Sig. only comes up for sale maybe twice a year at the most, for $3-4K. If you have the scratch and don't gig them they're worth it. They'll keep going up in value more than likely.
Your best bet is a lightly used Japan built version PS10, excellent build quality, tasteful mods shouldn't hurt the value too much, or make sure they're reversible.
