I like the Bongo looks, except for the silly car painted neck and the fact that no headstock except my old one still carries all the paint.
The main problem is there are the neodymium pickups, parallel, before a preamp that is just a regular 4-band EQ that adjusts nothing in the middle and has the same functionality as a rackmount studio EQ. Plus a HH or HS Bongo has the bridge pickup too close to the bridge.
I received but didn't try yet my trade from 4HH to 6H. Let's see how that goes.
