What differences I shouuld look for/expect in SH-5, SH-14, SH-11 in a Strat

I know the differences in magnets but what sound characteristics usually follow these pickups in a Strat. The guitar is a hardtail if that matters any. The 2 single coils in this HSS setup are Texas Specials.

Any experiences you would like to share would be great.
