I'm sure they're OK but for the same price you could probably get used Boss or even genuine used TC.

The only Behringer/TC Electronic I've been looking at it's the Eyemaster, but that is just aimed at old school swedish death metal. Cheap and seems to do the job.

I saw a comparison video of the Boss HM-2 and the Behringer version. IT didnt sound bad and definitely worth the $20 or so used price tag.

I actually bought the new TC electronic Shimmer Reverb from there supposed budget Behringer pedal line. Rumor is some of the pedals are former tweaked Behringer pedal circuits, while the others are new designs.
Honestly the build was really quite good. Heavy, good knobs, the switch I didn't like too much as it doesn't click nicely, but it's alright. I ended up taking it back because I didn't like the effect, but I've heard a couple of their other pedals from the line and they didn't sound bad. The two fuzz pedals for example...and I don't even like fuzz!
