What does it take to convert a power supply?

Okay so im getting a komet...wow!

But its running on american currency which is 140 volts or whatever you guys run there. So whats involved in changing that over and how much should it cost? Im probably not gonna do it myself, but what am i in for?

110 / 120 volts in the U.S.

Use a voltage transformer.
