what guitar is this

Im not sure its ai. It has the vintage correct screw placement, an image generator would have way more examples of modern placement. Odds are low it would get the semantics of the screw placement right, but not the body shape.

Also the context of the image itself. If I need a picture of Buddy Holly, I'm not going to go to an AI for that, it would be easier to just find a picture. But if I did, I would not pick the one that made up a new guitar.

All that being said: the upper fret markers look off.

Not with the Buddy Holly Bill in place protecting the right of publicity to Maria Elana Holly you won't. Whatever that store is, they aren't selling Fender or Fender-licensed equipment and they appear to not have an agreement with the Holly estate, so they need to make the picture neither Fender nor Holly, whether that's Photoshop or AI, don't know.

The strings are bending pretty weird. The audience looks like zombies, half of them are looking blankly in a different direction from ol' Huddy Bolly there. The dimly lit text in the back looks pretty alien as well. I would be surprised if this wasn't an AI pic.

The guitar itself appears to be a Telestrastuar, or maybe a Castermaster, hard to tell without seeing the whatsit and the doodad.

Yeah, AI scam makes sense here: make it so you don't get caught up in IP argy-bargy, but once published it's your property so you can drag others in court if they try to steal your creation :) The era of mass deception is here, which can be a good thing: keeping questioning what we see or hear in the smallest detail makes us more street smart.

yeah, its generative AI foolishness. Like a child was playing with the PS Clone tool. Here's more from another part of the same ad.
"Sorry I botched that chord change Jimbo my guitar cord got wrapped over the first fret so bad it bent the neck and the glow light from my extra jean jacket got in my eyes."

I feel like there are dozens of tedious youtube clickbait "what they don't want you to know about AI" videos which you just summed up perfectly in one sentence.
