Most Les Pauls would clash with that horribly. White or black might work, but I don't know about the gold hardware on the Customs.

A white standard with chrome would look pretty snazzy.

I think a black studio is the only one that would work as it's so plain & no binding clash to consider.
I wonder if you can get metallic purple HB covers & tuners?
Isn't it customary to get the guitar 1st & then consider what hardware would go with it?

Sperzel does purple tuners not that I want to encourage this madness. Ace are you leaving Hollywood Boulevard for a Prince cover band? If so you are going to need a new wig to go along with that.

Couple good suggestions. White Standard with Black hardware would be kinda Cool too. The Purple Sparkleflake though, THAT, would be Sweet!

Id say black or white fo sho. I Love mirror pickguards I had on of the black RG550 reissues and put a purple mirror pg on it. was gorgeous!! Here is one of my current Charvels:
