How well would that work out? hmmm. I notice a lot of bands using condensers live along with 57's and the likes. Why not me?!
What if I used a MXL991 and an Audix I5 live??

Who have you seen use a condenser on a guitar cab live?
The problem with condies is that they pick up a lot more than a dynamic, in terms of background noise and ish they aren't pointed straight it. You'll get a lot of bleed.
Honestly, go pick an e609 and drape it over your cabinet. Soundmen will love how easy it is to set up and get sounding great.
