Good day everyone,

I recently purchased through GC a used PRS standard 24 Se that does not seem so standard. In addition to locking tuners, strap locks, etc it has what appears to be Seymour Duncan pickups. The pickups have a serial number (?), and signed “MJ”. I have added some pictures. They sound amazing, just I don’t have a clue what they are. Any thoughts/help identifying these is greatly appreciated.

thanks
bill

I purchased it used from the GC site; I’m sure new it did not come with them- the prior owner made several mods.

Congrats, you got a gem.

If you ever want to get rid of those gross pups, you might be able to persuade me to take them off your hands.

lol will do! As I mentioned they sound great so I won’t be parting anytime soon. Considering trying them in a Les Paul 50s tribute I have. They would definitely match the look.

I have the same pickups in a 1980 Gibson Howard Roberts Fusion. They sound magnificent.
