It does not look like a real Seymour Duncan pickup to me.
I don't remember, but I think my Antiquities still had the engraving on the bottom plate.

I don't know what actual brand it is, but I would try it and see what it sounds like. Measures in the realm of a custom Antiquity or Queenbucker or Skinnerburst type, though custom shop would have at least an MJ signature on the plate. The label 'looks' right, but I don't believe is authentic. Not sure. Has aged poles. Doesn't look like cheap parts. Wire it up and see if it's any good.

I'm not aware of the Custom Shop making any series for brands. I'm aware they have done some special runs for signature guitars now and then, but those are pretty well-known and not something you'd see pop up on Reverb with a mystery label and no signature.
