what is wrong with this diagram?

have triple shots wired to the pickups no problem. I am trying to wire the black and white wires coming off the t-shots boards with two dpdt on/off/on one for phase reversal one for series/parallel one dpdt on/on/on for pick up selector bridge/neck. I believe the the t-shots will do coil tap and parallel/series for each individual pick-up. What i want is for neck pick up to be in/out of phase with bridge pick up and bridge pick up in parallel/series with neck this diagram is not doing it for me can someone take a look at it and tell me whats missing or whats wrong? thanks !

The problem is that you have used DP3T on/off/on mode switches. You should have used DPDT on/on switches.

The 1/4" jack is labeled "input jack". This means that sound will flow into the guitar but not out. The guitar won't work until you relabel it.

The more that I look at the OP drawing, the more it seems that almost everything in it is wrong.

The Phase reversal switch can only work if both the white and black cables from the Triple Shot are connected to the switch.

To have any effect, the Phase reversal switch must be in circuit BEFORE the series/parallel switch.

Unless jomar is left-handed, the pots have been drawn the wrong way about. (If the avatar image is one of jomar's guitars, the pots area of the drawing is correct.)

Gingrel's drawing is correct BUT he has illustrated RH pots.
