what kinda guitar is this??

ok so i was at this dudes house givin him a guitar lesson and he says he found this guitar in the forest, in its case, had obviously been there for a while, no one was around, so he took it. (wouldnt you).

anyways ive never seen a guitar like it before. here is my description:

-black
-acoustic
-fairly small fretboard width (not sure exact size just looked and felt smaller than most acoustics)
-has "horns" sorta like an sg or strat but a bit different
-relatively thin body (as in when you hold it the distance between your gut and the strings is less)
-24 frets (yes on an acoustic)
-headstock has all tunning pegs on upside(point to ceeling) and the words: "arista exl"
-sticker on inside says model is "f-24"


looked alot cooler than it sounded (this might be due to the condition the strings on it wer in). anyways im curiose dose anyone know what kinda guitar this is? or dose anyone have any info on this "arista" company?

If i Remember correctly, in 80's Kramer did acoustic guitars that were like electric's. Those had a body shaped as in superstrat and superstrat looking neck. So does this sound familiar? try to look at this ad that i found http://www.vintagekramer.com/Ads/AD3.jpg
The guitar might be something like that but from different company.

Yeah, I remember those and I was thinking that this might be one of them. But the "SG" style horns threw me. But everything else in the description sounds like that Kramer.

diferetn headstock, sharper horns, 24 frets, round sound hole, and no nob deals, only acoustic.

other than that yeah it looks liek the guitra in that pic
