What neck and middle pickups should i get?

With a Custom in the bridge of my Mahogany bodied guitar, what should i put in the neck and middle, (both single coil slots) for good all around tone. I.E. SRV, Pink Floyd, Metallica cleans, and a versatile pickup. Thanks guys.

I would say if you wanted a humbucking single coil

Vintage Rail (middle) / Cool Rail (neck)

or if you want real singles

ssl- 7 (QP)

or

aps-1 (a2p)

For SRV and Floyd, I'd personally go with a pair of SSL-1's and a heavy haded attack (for SRV) and Floyd, Clapton, U2, Dire Straits, pretty much anything you would use a strat for. APS's sound very good ( I have a set in my own strat) but they might be a bit too "midrangey" (is that a word?) in a mahogany bodied strat.
