No P90s (except stacked) are hum canceling.
It would help us in identifying the pickup if you look for any stickers and/or markings on the bottom of the pickup.
Also you could try measuring the DC resistance of the pickup.
My guess would be that they are the vintage P90s neck and bridge models as most manufactures tend not to use the custom/hot models in production.
