First, I run into a Monte Allums Compressor. That gives me a nice even sound, and makes hop for my ham handed playing style, or lack thereof...
The I go into a Zoom A2 acoustic pedal. This takes the fundamental quack-tone of my Ovation Piezo and Models it based on a Martin D-28.
Then I hit a Digitech Chorus factory. Supremely modifiable, I use the TC setting for a very slight chorus and touch of sweetness.
A DD-3 adds a little body and slap to the sound after that for some ambience,
I wrap up with an Aphex Acoustic Exciter to put the pop in the bass and the sparkle back on the highs.
Sounds great. I f I put it asll on and then turn it all off, you would be amazed. I add them one at a time from dry to full on and it just gets better.
Just the Comp/Zoom/Aphex really make a difference.
