What Pedal Is This??!?!? Pete Thorn Mini Board

The Wah is a volume and wah, looks like a CryBaby? I want it! ANyone know what it's called or if it's still made.

I wanna mimic my board to look like this, do a bare minimalist look. Only have what is needed. Nova, wah/volume, tuner and amp switch.

Mister Crybaby Super. It was a good dual purpose wah, but they probably discontinued it to make room for all their signature wahs.
