Right now... C5/JB hybrid, Cool Rails, Hot Rails, JB, Jazz and going to be changed when I finally get time, Super D, HS2 to a Breed/Virtual Vintage Solo pro combo.

How is the JB/Jazz combo??? I`m looking to put that combo in mine. Right now it has the EMG-HZ`s in there!

Hey I'm getting a Jackson DK2 Dinky which comes with a JB in the bridge and an STK-1 in both the neck and middle positions. I'm going to keep the JB as it's apparently a good pickup, but I'm not sure about the STK's. Im most likely going to change them. I can barely get any info on them and I don't know what pickups would best complement the JB.

I use the stock Jackson and Charvel pickups in mine...
i own 2 mid 90's Performer Series Reverse Dinky's.... One has 100% stock electronics.. and one has a 20 year old JB added to the bridge and the tone pot's changed.. Plus for fun on the modded one i changed the tone pot to a volume for the neck PU.... I may return the Jackson humbucker back to that modded guitar as i find the stock Pickups were nice.... plus they were oddly dead quiet!!!!
i have 87 Charvel model 1... Single Jackson humbucker... it is nice sounding....

I've had the '59 and Duncan Distortion for neck pups's, and Duncan Distortion,Custom, JB, Screamin' Demon, C-5, Full Shread for the bridge.
A lot of it depends on the amp/guitar. Sometimes you really have to play with the pick up height and eq on the amp to get it right. I've had some pick up's that sounded great in one guitar, and then sound like poop in another.

In my soloist I use the TB4 in the bridge, which as maligned as it is, gives the 80's lead sound, which this guitar seems best suited for. Neck pickup is a Rio grande dirty harry, which gives a P90 sound. Tough, aggressive sound which I've settled on after trying out others in the neck that didn't suit me. Seems that the middle/neck positions on the Soloist are harder to nail, as of course these guitars are meant for bridge type rock/metal sounds, IMO.

Right now i have an Evolution 7/ Air Norton 7 set in my DR-7. And when i still had my DXMG there was a set of Evolutions in it.

I have 2 jacksons.
KE - JB bridge, nothing in the neck, but planning to put in a Jazz soon.
KV - Dimarzio X2N bridge, Duncan Distorion/custom hybrid neck (w/ spin-a-split).
my KE is the almost all rounder guitar while my king V is mainly just for metal.

My Charvel 650xl has Distortion/Cool Rails/Hot Rails combo. Push/pull pots split both Rails pickups. It is an ultra versatile axe and sounds great.
I had 3 Charvel 750xl's at one time as well. I had those equipped with dual 59's, CC/APH-1, Distortion/Jazz, and dual Distortions. The Distortion set was, by far, the best sounding combo in that guitar.

I have two DK2S Jacksons (Dinky with Sustainiac). They came with JB bidges and Classic Stacks in the middle. The JBs sounded great, I might buy one more and keep it stock.
PATB-1 in the first and a PATB-2 in the second.

Right now it is a TB-59 and a Jazz neck. I will probally switch the 59 for a Full Shred soon or mod the 59 a bit first.

A JB and two older classic stacks. I don't really like the stacks that much; not stratty enough but not hot enough to match the JB. I don't know yet what to put in, I've learned to like the JB more and more lately.

I might go with a Duncan Distortion set.......over at the Jackson guitar forum,that combo seems to go over very well!!! Anyone have experience with the Distortion in the neck position???? I thought it would be too over the top but alot of people speak highly of it!
