what scale is this?

i use it all the time but I don't know the name of it, it's like natural minor with a raised 6th

so lets say key of Em, notes are E, F#, G, A, B, C#, D

It's D Major - (Ionian) and you're starting on the second degree (Dorian) of DMaj
