What SD do you like in an SG?

I know it's individual taste and all, and that there is a variance even within a particular model, but in general terms, what say you? I'm thinking maybe '59's?

I've had 59s in my SG as well as Phat Cats and both were good. These days I have a P-Rails set with Triple Shots and it's like the best of all worlds.

The Triple Shots were a pain in the a$$, but not horribly so. It was more difficult than a typical pickup install, but less difficult than working with multiple push-pull pots as you'd have with a Jimmy Page setup.

Have four SG's and split between two families. These are all great combinations for me and accommodates my different moods.

WLH set with push / pulls
Jazz and 59/Custom Hybrid
36 Anniversary Set
PAF Master Set - Neck has A5 Bridge - A4

High voltage set needs some consideration.
