What should I use?

I was wondering what would be a good pickup set up for my situation. I am looking for 2 good passive humbuckers to use in a guitar im modifying. I want the bridge to really acsenuate my style which includes lots of hammer ons, often 2 handed. The neck I would like to sound good with medium distortion for rhythm playing. I would prefer that they not put too much emphasis on the highs as i like a smoother sound with less shrill punchiness. Most likely something with lots of mids and good output. Any sugestions?

Oh, and I'm a new forum member, so hi eveyone!

custom custom for the bridge and a alnico II pro for the neck.

I guess I should have mentioned, the axe needs 2 sings and a humbucker. Right now I'm just focusing on the humbucker (bridge of course.) After surfing the forum a while I'm thinking JB or Distortion. Which is clearer with lots of disto? which has better gain? Can the Distortion play good clean? Which sounds best in a pick-light approach to playing? Thanks for all the input, btw.
