What Single Coil bridge pup do you use in your Strat?

I have two Strats: Kinman SCn in one, Fender CS 54 in the other.

I have a Lace 6k Hot Gold in the bridge of my Warmoth Strat. Regardless of what you think of Lace pickups, I highly recommend this one if you want a vintage Strat tone without the hum. It matches up nicely with the Bill Lawrence 280S in the middle and the Kinman AVN-62 in the neck.

there are several combinations I haven't tried, but I'm at least convinced of this:
the bridge should be hotter than the other two pickups, whether it's 7K, 9K, or more

personally, I need tone on the bridge, too, so I bridge the mid tone pot to the bridge, but some people just wire the mid pot to the bridge by itself

FWIW, this is kinda like how the current AS strats are ... I've read the bridge is 7K (although I haven't measured mine), and the mid pot is wired "mid/ bridge master tone"

I'm with Curly here. I wired mine with the second tone control on the bridge. I was planning on buying a blend pot from Lew but just didn't want to lose the ability to have the bridge pup's tone down with the middle pups up.

Ive just recently convinced myself to keep my dimarzio virtual vintage solo bridge single in my strat, its no good for outright clean by itself but under high gain it has grown on me so much as my playing has improved and its tone is really phenomenal...i found myself just playing it for all my high gain stuff instead of my les paul for ages!

Its just got amazing tone and still somehow stays thick...could be something to do with the amazing guitar its in though ;)
