SIT's, cause they're on the cheap... about $1.40 per set. They sound fine to me. Strings are expendable, so there is really no reason to go overboard with "premium" strings. But that's just my 2 cents; use whatever the hell you like.

Ernie Ball-I thought they wore out pretty quick and weren't very 'alive' so I switched.
GHS Boomers-Switched to these from the EB they were ok. Kinda bright. Meh.
Gauges- 9-42 9-46 10-46 11-52
Im thinking of switching to D'addario. I've used them once before and remember that they were pretty good.

D´addario 9-46 on my Ibanez and on my strat copies D´addario 10-46.

On electrics I use EB regular slinky
On my acoustic it just varies, if I'm wanting to go cheap I'll just use the cheap Martin strings but they lose their tone pretty quickly, I like the few sets of EB that I've had on it. What do you think are the best acoustic strings in the $5-$8 range?

DR Pure Blues 11-50 on the strat with singles
DR High Beam 9-48 on the double fat
I've got a few others I'm going to try out, but right now for the floyded guitars...

Slinky 9-46

Elixir acoustic polywebs are 12 bucks, but I think they're worth it.

Ernie Ball Super Slinkies (hot pink/9-42). They don't have that thin texture like D'Addario does. Always worked for me.

Nope they're pure Nickel
