Neck HB
Neck HB in parallel
Both HB's
Inner slugs in parallel
Bridge HB.

Just the fact that you are switching the bridge pickup from series to parallel necessitates having a 4 pole super switch.

Series/parallel is usually achieved with separate microtoggles for each of the pickups, most Ibby wiring adds coil splits not series parallel

Switch is a 5-way strat style like a YM-50 or something

What David said. For parallel/series you need 4 pole super switch. to have them ala accessible from single 5-way switch.

That's what ibanez uses as well.
