What taper pot to 50's wiring?

Hi. I always used audio taper to volume and tone, it gives me quite smooth volume and tone adjustment.. How taper i would use to 50s wiring for volume and tone? Audio or linear?

What taper pot to 50's wiring?

There isn’t a “should” here. 50s wiring is all about when the treble is taken from signal (after Volume load, rather than before), so doesn’t demand a specific change in taper. Bottom line, if you already like your taper combo, keep it!
