What would you put in neck...

I want to put a single coil humbucker in the neck of my strat.. I want it to be warmer, fatter, selective, more jazzy.. I play a lot of modern jazz, but often want a full distortion for lead... I thought of lil59 or Cool Rails.. Plese help!!

Unless you are really not keen on it I would say put a '59 full sized humbucker in it....That is what I have in the neck of my strat....My '89 MIA strat required no guitar routing for it...Just a cut in the pickguard....

Cool Rails is my fave for a neck 'bucker ina a strat.

Duckbucker (or vintage rail) for low output quack ... sweet.
