What's the best hipshot for D tuning?

Hi there,
Just wanted to know if some of you use hipshot for switching easily from E standard tuning to D. Have you tried several brand? What's the best to stay in tune for both tuning? Thanks

I have the EVH D Tuna in one of my guitars. I've never tried any other brands, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the D Tuna works great. It's very easy to drop the tuning to Eb or D, and then get it back to standard tuning. It's also very stable, in that you don't have to retune it once you set it up to drop a 1/2 or whole step. It always goes back to E. Don't know if you find this helpful ...

i have an evh too... worked extremely well for i'd say 2 years then one day it decided to not stay in tune when i pulled the d tuna and i have tried everything i can think of to fix it and i can't :sad:
