What's the going rate for DSL's?

^ See question above. I have a deal locally for a DSL 100 watt head for $650. The head is in good shape, so I'm pretty sure that's a good price. EBay has been ridiculous lately in terms of how much (Marshall) amps are going for.

Would you hit it? :feedback:

I think it sounds like a good deal. You could probably talk them down too.

That's a good price for a 50W, so it's a very good price for a 100W. Those are usually around $800 used.

Sweet! I've always liked DSL's and but usually they're too expensive considering my budget.

I was bummed out because about a week ago I had a deal worked out for a 5150 head for $450. It fell through in the last minute when the seller's brother (who happened to be a guitar player) found out he was selling it and claimed it! :angryfire

Thanks for the help fellas!

While I'm at it does anyone have any tips for dialing in some sweet tones?

hit it and quit it yo! you can do it!

I have seen DSL 100's as low as $550, with $650 - 850 as the going rate, and that's in LA - land of the overpriced

That's the going rate in Houston, too (the $650-850 range).

$650 is a pretty fair deal. I sold my DSL 50 last week for $750 shipped. I haven't seen a DSL 100 below $800 used at guitar shops.

I think you might be able to work it done a little, as well.
