Whats thicker? CC or a JB with alnico2 mag?

Im after the alnico 2 magnet vibe from my les paul bridge and i want something thick...and i heard somewhere not long ago about putting an alnico 2 mag into a JB and it sounded really good.

What do you think would have a better sound out of these two options?

I think Lew has a link to a review of this. I plan to try it myself. Thanks for the remind, need to drop an allparts order list off at the music store so I get on with my a2 testing. I know, Lew has the mags too but what ever anyone buys at that music store they always buy extra to have stuff on hand, they have quite an assortment and it's local (no shipping).

a thing i had read a while ago said that the JB with a alnico II is like a hotter,fatter CC?
